This Villa is just perfect, clean, fabulous amenities, beautiful pool, beautiful surroundings, lovely safe area, perfect for Disney, perfect for lazy days by the pool just simply perfect. Carol is totally awesome so very helpful and knowledgeable of area, management team great. We set pool alarm off on arrival, accidentally I might add as it was 11.30 at night phoned management team they were brilliant. Basically I can't fault this villa, owners, management team. Have already inquired about next holiday stay at villa. We've stayed in some stunning hotels, Disney included but would far rather stay here. Oh almost forgot ! The games room is beyond fab if having a lazy evening at the villa, chillin by the pool

There's nothing this villa hasn't got. Great location for all parks, restaurants 5 mins drive away (Ponderosa's our favourite), towels, washer/dryer ( take home clean clothes) , pool area great for chilling and watching wildlife.
Owners made it easy for booking and providing little extras in the villa which was lovely.ie. toys in garage for small children, books, DVDs great! We have stayed in other locations on our previous Florida holidays but would definitely book this villa again. Thank you again!

Booking this apartment was our first step towards our holiday of a lifetime. The owner. Carol, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful from the initial phone call. Having spoken of my phobia of spiders she promised to have the apartment de-bugged the night before we arrived to ensure no critters. This is done every couple of weeks anyway. Following a rather long journey and arrival time at Orlando International we arrived at the apartment and were delighted with what we found. Everything was comfortable, cosy, homely and had everything we needed. The kids were in their element with the games room and the pool, the adults loved the poolside chairs and gorgeous lounge sofa. The villa has everything a busy family needs ...washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryers, microwave, oven, all cooking and crockery requirements, ice making, stacks of storage space, the list goes on. Location wise it is about 25 minutes to universal if there are no traffics queues on the I4 and 15 minutes to Disney. There is a really lovely supermarket further down the road (about 2 miles) which was pricey but the food was fresh and delicious. Also there are various eateries on the 192.
The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and the Manager, Paul, came on our first day to help us work out everything .... TV, BBQ, alarms etc. It was great to know that he was close by and willing and able to help.
I have stayed in many villas/apartments in different locations as I prefer to self-cater and I have never had any complaints with my accommodation but this Villa, "Pluto's Pad", is by far and away my favourite. A real home from home. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer. AND didn't see one spider!
